PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Guidelines for oral presentations

• Each speaker will have 15 min. of presentation followed by 5 min. for questions.
• Presentations in pdf or PowerPoint format are preferred.

Guidelines for poster presentations

• Poster orientation should be portrait.
• Poster size should be A0 (84.1 cm (33.11”) wide by 118.9 cm (46.81”) high).
• Text and graphics must be readable from 2 meters away.
• Posters will be displayed during all the conference with specific dedicated time for discussion (Poster session).

During the Poster Corner session, each presenter will have ~3 min. to shortly present his/her poster and then the session chair will facilitate the discussion between the poster presenters and the audience.
