Young Researcher FEMS GRANTS for Ecotoxicomic 2022 

 

This meeting is selected by the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS) to support young microbial ecotoxicologists.  

Up to 11 grants will be provided for Early Career Researchers to present their work at the congress.

Benefits : Recipients will get a participation to accommodation and transport expenses up to 600 € (with proof)

Eligibility

To apply for this grant, candidates would need to meet following requirements:

  • be an Early Career Scientist*
  • be a member of a FEMS Member Society** or be recommended by such a member
  • be an active microbiologist 
  • submit an abstract as presenting author for Ecotoxicomic 2022 (oral or poster)

* to be an active microbiologists who obtained the highest academic degree - Bachelor, Master or PhD - less than five years prior to the application deadline date, or to be currently a Master or PhD student.

Application process

Young researchers interested in this measure and wishing to benefit from it should submit a completed ECS Meeting Grant Application Form to barthelm@univ-perp.fr and  marina.hery@umontpellier.fr with the subject “FEMS GRANT Ecotoxicomic 2022” before April 29, 2022.
